OT/IT Business Analyst

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly versatile OT/IT Business Analyst to support the identification, analysis, and migration planning of systems within a complex IT/OT environment.This role is critical to understanding what systems exist, how they interact, and what is required to migrate them successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and document IT and OT systems within project scopeAnalyze system dependencies, integrations, and business impactsDefine migration requirements, including data, infrastructure, and process needsCollaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and sequencingSupport development of migration strategies and execution plansAct as a bridge between business, operations, and technical teamsMaintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and requirementsLanguage Requirement: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory)Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/OT or similar environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work across multiple domains and adapt quickly (“Swiss Army Knife” mindset)Experience with system mapping, process analysis, and requirements gatheringStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience in manufacturing environments or regulated industriesFamiliarity with OT systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, shop floor systems)Experience in system migrations or separation initiatives
