City: Henderson State: NV Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join a dynamic team-oriented group providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment in the beautiful and family-friendly Henderson Nevada community.Job Description:Where You'll PracticeSt. Rose Siena Campus:26-bed Level III NICUAverage daily census of 22St. Rose San Martin Campus:6-bed Level II NICUAverage daily census of 3More intimate care settingAs a Neonatologist at Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals you will:Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus.Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling jet ventilation oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide iNO.Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery maternal-fetal medicine and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care.Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive collegial environment.Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance.Serve a rapidly growing vibrant community offering outstanding lifestyle and recreational opportunities.This is a permanent full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area.
