Its a consultative position forprofessionals who thrive on building meaningful client relationshipswhile delivering operational excellence.If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying opportunities, andbeing a trusted financial partner, this role offers a clear path togrowth within a respected community bank.What Youll Do Serve as the primary financial contact for banking center clients Conduct consultative conversations to understand financial goals Recommend deposit, credit, and investment solutions aligned toclient needs Process transactions accurately while maintaining regulatorycompliance Open and manage new accounts with precision and professionalism Generate quality referrals to mortgage, ag, wealth, commercial, andtreasury partners Represent the bank in community events and relationship-buildingactivities Contribute to branch growth through proactive outreach and serviceexcellenceWhat Success Looks Like Strong client retention and deepened relationships Consistent referral generation Operational accuracy and regulatory adherence Professional presence in the community Ability to balance service, sales, and compliance in a fast-pacedenvironmentWe Are Seeking Candidates Who Bring 2+ years of customer-facing experience in banking, retailleadership, hospitality, financial services, or consultative sales Comfort discussing financial products and solutions Strong communication and relationship-building skills Demonstrated accountability and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism Banking experience is valued but not required for candidates withstrong transferable experience.
