RooferTrillium Construction is seeking roofing laborers (entry level to 5+ years) near Chippewa Falls, WI.Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing (BUR)Install insulation boards, cover boards, and tapered insulation systemsPerform hot-applied, cold-applied, and mechanically fastened membrane installationsInstall and seal roof penetrations including pipes, curbs, HVAC equipment, drains, and skylightsApply flashing and counterflashing at walls, parapets, and transitionsPerform tear-off of existing roofing systems and proper disposal of materialsInspect roof substrates and decking for damage prior to installationInstall sheet metal components including coping, gravel stops, edge metal, and guttersOperate roofing equipment including kettles, torches, hot-air welders, and membrane rollersWork safely at heights in compliance with OSHA fall protection requirementsFollow manufacturer specifications and warranty requirementsCoordinate with GC and other trades for sequencing and site accessMaintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all site-specific safety requirementsPay rate is $18 to $26 DOE.
