We’re an early-stage AgTech startup focused on bringing digital solutions to the agricultural sector. With a passion for creating impactful technology for crop growers, we have already tested the concept through 70+ experiments with real farmers using Telegram as a prototyping tool.Now, we are searching for an US-based Technical Co-Founder who shares the same enthusiasm for AgTech and is ready to work together to launch and grow this project.Responsibilities:Lead the development of the MVP on Bubble.io (or an alternative no-code/low-code platform).Drive technical decisions and product development from ideation through launch.Collaborate closely with the business founder to define product roadmaps, strategies, and timelines.Build and lead a technical team as the company grows.Ensure the scalability and functionality of the platform as we move beyond MVP.Participate in the process of incorporating the company in the US.Requirements:Strong engineering mindset with full-stack development experience.Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (especially Bubble.io) and traditional coding when necessary.Expertise in #AI, #API integration, #NLP, #ML, and #DataEngineering.Experience building scalable systems from the ground up, including designing architectures and database management.Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work for equity during the early stages.Interest in agriculture and digital solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.What We Offer:Equity stake in the company as a co-founder.A unique opportunity to shape the future of digital agriculture.Flexibility and creative freedom to innovate and solve real-world problems.A chance to be part of an impactful startup with a validated idea.If you are excited about using technology to revolutionize agriculture and are ready to take on the challenge of building a company, we’d love to hear from you!
