Verdantas integrates a wide array of cutting-edge tools, including Drones & Aerial Mapping, 3D Laser Scanners, Bathymetric Units, Lidar Systems, and GPS.The most successful candidate for this position will enjoy working in an outdoor environment and will demonstrate the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, and project managers. What You'll Do:Collaborate with project managers to understand survey requirements and objectivesPlan, prepare, and organize survey field projects, including the allocation of resources and equipmentLead and supervise a survey crew, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient and accurate survey operationsConduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of survey team members.Foster a positive and collaborative team environmentConduct field surveys using various surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS receivers, data collectors, drones, and 3D scannersEnsure that surveys are conducted in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and legal requirementsOversee the collection of accurate field data and measurementsImplement quality control measures to verify the accuracy and reliability of survey dataReview and analyze survey data to identify and resolve discrepanciesMaintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipmentCoordinate with the equipment manager to ensure that all surveying tools are in good working conditionCommunicate with clients to understand their surveying needs and address any concerns or issuesProvide regular updates on project progress and ensure client satisfactionEnforce and adhere to safety protocols during field surveys to prevent accidents and injuriesPromote a culture of safety within the survey team?
