User Interface Technician

Job Title: UI Screens TechLocation: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid / On-site)Job Type: ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled UI Screens Tech to support screen production workflows for global marketing and creative teams. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality screenshots and on-device video recordings used in marketing assets and animation reference materials. The UI Screens Tech will also manage and maintain a secure device lab, ensuring all devices are properly configured, updated, and ready for production use.This is a hands-on support role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality screenshots and on-device video recordings for use in marketing materials and animation reference.Support day-to-day device needs for screen production and broader creative teams.Provide device support for regional teams during in-market work and workshop sessions.Set up, organize, and maintain a secure device lab to store and manage production devices.Ensure all devices are updated with the latest software builds and production-ready at all times.Track, manage, and maintain a large ecosystem of devices used across production and creative teams.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for creative and production teams, both on-site and remotely.Assist with equipment pickup, setup, and distribution across Bay Area offices.Support confidential and time-sensitive production activities, including occasional weekend work during launch periods.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting production teams in a technical or operational capacity.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.Experience with device management, maintenance, and tracking across multiple platforms.Familiarity with current screenshot and on-device video capture tools, workflows, and best practices.Basic understanding of video production and animation workflows.Proven ability to provide technical and operational support in a fast-paced creative or production environment.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting marketing, creative, or production teams in a studio or agency environment.Familiarity with localization workflows and asset preparation for global markets.Experience working in confidential production environments with sensitive pre-release materials.
