Director of Enrollment, Alpha (Remote) - $200,000/year USD
While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics with technology-enabled learning and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, with measurable data to support it. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, independent work, and practical skill development. The model is effective—but only when paired with the right families. This is your role. You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a relay position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with clear understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when warranted. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure alignment. We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive services, premium membership communities, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.If your career has been built on delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and quality of experience define the brand, this position will resonate—except here, it drives meaningful outcomes. This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Seattle and Park City. Relocation assistance is provided. What You Will Be DoingManaging the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through final onboarding.Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess compatibility before introducing solutions or outlining next steps.Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across varying stages of enrollment, maintaining clear tracking of status and follow-up actions.Delivering campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-oriented conversations that transparently convey outcomes, expectations, and model fit.Keeping CRM and enrollment data (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence. What You Won’t Be DoingExecuting transactional or aggressive sales approaches.Admitting families who lack alignment simply to reach enrollment targets.Overseeing a large team or working through multi-layered approval structures.Splitting responsibility for the family experience across multiple departments.Operating remotely.
