This is a System Administrator position designed for someone who’s not only technically sharp but also takes pride in building strong client relationships.You’ll play a key role in supporting end users, troubleshooting M365 and networking issues, managing devices, and improving documentation and processes. It’s a technical role, but equally focused on delivering a stellar client experience.Day to Day:Provide Tier 2/3 remote and onsite support across desktops, applications, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and LAN/WAN connectivityConfigure and deploy user hardware (laptops, iPads, thin clients, etc.)Support mobile devices via Intune (iOS & Android)Create and maintain documentation, help sheets, and FAQsAnalyze trends to identify root causes and reduce repeat issuesInterface with both internal teams and external vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Dell)Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and trustRequirements:2-4+ years of experience in a technical support or systems admin role (MSP background preferred)Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and general business app supportExperience with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and IntuneA proactive, people-first mindset with strong documentation habitsAbility to self-manage tasks and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical usersBenefits + Perks:$75K–$95K salary range (depending on experience)Paid certifications + performance-based bonus plans100% employer-covered Medical, Dental, VisionGenerous PTO + Paid Holidays401(k) with Company MatchBi-Annual Bonuses Based on PerformanceTight-knit, growth-focused team environment, your ideas matter here
