Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, developing case strategies, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions (including expert depositions), handling meet and confers, and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations. You will also represent clients directly, manage cases from intake through resolution, and build strong advocacy skills through hands-on litigation experience.This is a well-established, plaintiff-side personal injury practice representing injured individuals in high-impact matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases. The team is collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused, with a strong reputation for delivering meaningful results while maintaining a culture of advocacy, teamwork, and integrity.As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will manage a high-volume caseload from inception through resolution, working closely with medical providers, experts, and internal support teams to build and advance cases. You will take ownership of your files while continuing to develop under experienced trial attorneys, contributing to significant settlements and verdicts.Requirements include an active Michigan Bar license, at least 2+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense), strong deposition and motion practice experience, and the ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment. Trial experience is a plus but not required.Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.
