[solidcore] is looking for a Facilities Project Coordinator to join our team to support our studios. Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Field Manager, the Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance/upkeep of the studios through work queue management.This position will be based at our Arlington, VA headquarters with a hybrid schedule - Monday through Wednesday in office and Thursday-Friday remote.Responsibilities:Coordinate and track multiple facilities projects simultaneously from initiation through completionManage a high volume of work orders across varying priority levels, ensuring timely responses and resolution by internal teams and vendorsServe as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and building managementCommunicate project timelines and expectations to field and regional teamsSolicit, review, and manage vendor bids and proposalsIssue and manage work orders through our CMMS, FEXACoordinate contractor site access, scheduling, and on-site activityEnsure vendors meet compliance, insurance, and safety requirementsCoordinate with studio field teams to minimize disruption during project executionEnter and update project data in FEXAServe as on-call point of contact for studio teams up to twice per monthAd hoc projects (ex. document overall review of vendor performance, rollout new vendor pilots across field teams)Support other Facilities Project Coordinators that are out of officeWhat skills you’ll bring to us:A self-starter who takes ownership of their work, drives tasks forward independently, and proactively identifies what needs to be done without waiting to be askedAble to identify problems, work though solutions, and connect the dots across departments.
