The specialist will perform detailed title work and analysis, resolve title defects, assist in preparing documents for curative requirements, and work closely with landowners, attorneys, and oil and gas companies. Additional responsibilities include confirming ownership, acquiring necessary leases or agreements, and helping facilitate the enterprise's interest in the area.QualificationsExperience in Title Examination, Title Analysis, and Title ResearchIdeal candidate will be located in East TexasProficiency in resolving Title Curative issues and handling abstract title opinionsStrong Landman negotiation, Lease Acquisition, and Contract Development skillsExperience with mineral rights and working interest ownership within oil and gas operationsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsFamiliarity with property laws and regulatory compliance in TexasAbility to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
