Aesthetics Sales - Capital SalesOur client is a global leader in medical aesthetics and is seeking to hire a Sales Rep responsible for driving product growth including new product launches, managing existing accounts, and acquiring new business. Promote the company’s products and solutions, establish and maintain client relationships, and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and sales quotas. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.Responsibilities:Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territoryNew business development; prospect, generate leads, cold callIdentify opportunities for growth within existing accounts; upsellAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product indications, benefits and usageManage sales contracts, pricing quotes, and promotional toolsMonitor territory pipeline, forecast trends, and track performance metricsEstablish and build client relationships with key decision makersSupport clients with post-installation training, troubleshooting and developing strategies to drive sales/demandAttend trainings, tradeshows and present product demosRequirements:Bachelor’s DegreeMin. 3+ years of Sales experience in Capital Equipment, Medical Device and/or AestheticsBackgrounds can be any type of sales within skincare, lasers and capital salesExperience in both hunting new business and account managementDocumented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goalsStrong understanding of clinical language, techniques, and procedural workflowsProven experience selling, hunting, prospecting and closing dealsKnowledge/Understanding of FDA GMPsExcellent communicator and presenter-comfortable presenting to physicians and/or large groupsProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM toolsWillingness to travel within a defined territory (may include some overnights)Offering:Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000+ (based on experience)Year 1 OTE to $175,000++ (Uncapped Commissions)Commissions paid from Dollar 1ExpensesFull Benefits Package, 401K, and moreDirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
