Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Encompass Life Therapy has 1 open position for a fully or provisionally licensed clinician to join our growing private practice. We specialize in Lifespan Integration Therapy (LI) which is a right-brain trauma resolution and attachment repair modality. This position will pay for Lifespan Integration Trainings and allow you to work with a LI trainer to grow your skills in providing Emotional Regulation, Trauma-informed and attachment-informed care to clients. Hours: Flexible Schedule, Monday-Friday. Pay: Dependent on experience. Paid per session. Paid clinical staff meeting. Paid time towards documentation. Paid for No-shows and Late Cancellations. Accrued PTO and Sick leave. Position starts in October Qualifications - Required Qualifications: - Proficiency in behavioral therapy and patient care-- familiarity with Lifespan Integration a plus. - Experience in patient assessment and medical documentation - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology - Experience with children and families a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: Choose your own hours Ability to Commute: Layton, UT 84041 (Required) Work Location: In person
