The Eldred Preserve is seeking energetic Servers for The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge. All skill levels accepted. Skills/Qualifications: Friendly, outgoing personality. Excellent customer service skills and social perceptiveness. Effective communication and active listening skills for conversing with guests. Available to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred, but not required. Experience using food service POS systems. Must be well groomed. Ability to learn and adhere to all federal, state and local laws dealing with the consumption of alcohol. Must work well under pressure. Strict adherence to food, sanitary, and safety standards. Accountability in processing customer payments. Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time. Strong time management and organizational skills. Team player who looks for ways to help out other employees. Maintain hospitality standards while serving food to guests. Multitask in order to serve the needs of various diners at the same time. Required to train in event service etiquette in order to work on-site events as needed. Perform all duties as assigned to ensure positive overall guest experience.
