Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies (SCS) wants you! We're seeking an all-star Marketing Manager to oversee strategic marketing efforts and drive enrollment for Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies. Reporting into the Director of Program Marketing and working closely with the Executive Director of Marketing, this position will manage and execute cross-channel marketing plans and tactics for an assigned portfolio of programs. The position will be responsible for developing a strong advisory partnership with internal clients, serving as the liaison between clients and members of the Marketing team. Above all, the position will be a champion for its programs, fostering strong relationship-building, maintaining excellent communication, and going above and beyond to deliver high-value results. Responsibilities: Manage all marketing activities for assigned portfolio of programs. Liaise with advertising agencies and provide clear direction to create and implement lead generation marketing campaigns Manage day-to-day marketing activities for assigned programs. Review accuracy of layouts, manage internal review process, and traffic advertising proofs Monitor marketing plan performance in order to meet program enrollment goals Partner with all relevant stakeholders across the organization to meet project deadlines and deliverables Oversee video shoots and photo shoots Maintain up-to-date website and CRM communications plans Proactively optimize conversions of inquiries and started applications Provide excellent client service and consultation to academic programs supporting their recruitment, communications, and promotional efforts. Establish regular communications channels with clients Facilitate communications outreach for clients through our CRM, social media, etc. Proactively manage client expectations Document meetings and provide regular status updates Conduct regular analysis and reporting of marketing campaign performance for assigned programs and continuous evaluation of media/tactics for recruitment optimization. Analyze marketing campaign performance and make recommendations based on KPIs and key lessons learned Provide proactive insights to internal marketing partners to drive results in lead generation Create and administer surveys Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of professional marketing experience, including advertising, media planning, and/or brand management Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with strong attention to detail Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent client service skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness and availability for travel if required to campuses, conferences, and recruitment events Experience with CRM and CMS platforms; Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, a plus Benefits: Hybrid work schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays in the office Excellent work/life balance 17 paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year's 21 days PTO, plus one additional day for each year thereafter (max 26) Tuition benefits that include full coverage of a 4-year degree or equivalent, including master's degrees, certificates, etc. Strong retirement plan with 5% match Medical, dental, and vision insurance State-of-the-art campus in downtown D.C. at 111 Mass Ave NW, accessible by all Metro lines Access to exclusive University-wide benefits, including guest speakers, trainings, events, discounts, facilities, and more About Georgetown SCS: At SCS, we're committed to transforming the lives and careers of diverse learners through delivering world-class education.
