Commercial Roofing Inspector / TechnicianJolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Inspector / Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing professional service to clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections of commercial roofing systems to identify damage, defects, leaks, and maintenance concernsEvaluate roof conditions and document findings through detailed reports and photographsInspect roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roofingPerform moisture surveys and condition assessments when neededCommunicate inspection findings to project managers, property managers, and customersEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company proceduresMaintain accurate inspection records and field documentationTravel to commercial job sites as requiredRequirementsExperience with commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, and metal)Strong troubleshooting and repair skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required)Ability to work independently and manage time efficientlyGood communication and customer service skillsPay & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceWeekly direct depositHealthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision) eligible after 90 days401(k) retirement plan with company match up to $500Company-paid life insurance of $25,000 eligible after 90 daysSign-on bonus and referral incentivesCompany truck, tools, phone, and computer providedPer diem for travelAccrued PTO up to 40 hours per yearOngoing training and opportunities for career growth and advancementReady to take the next step in your career?
