CNA - Certified Nurse Assistant
Job Responsibilities:Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Serve meals and help patients eat.Turn, reposition, and transfer patients between beds and wheelchairs.Take vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.Report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.Ensure patients' rooms are clean and organized.Assist with the setup of medical equipment and supplies.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Qualifications:Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.High school diploma or equivalent.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills:Experience in long-term care or geriatric care.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
