Provide business advice andGuidance To And Coordinate With Other Functionsincluding program management, finance, legal,subcontracts, business development,engineering, human resources, accounting, andcompliance to effectively manage a breadth ofresponsibilities, including contract solicitations /capture, negotiations, and contract terms,including fulfillment of related obligations. Serveas authorized, empowered representative for theCompany as interface with Customer buyingrepresentatives responsible for building effectiverelationships and managing contracts to supportbusiness goals and objectives. Coordinatesolutions to contractual issues and Customerconcerns related to Company performance.Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation ofAuthority and approval requirements forproposals and contractual actions. Lead andsupport audits, as appropriate, with internal andexternal audit teams and agencies to supportcontract-related activities and verify compliance.Ensure final contract documents are consistentwith agreements reached at negotiations. Mayplan and participate in training of contractpractices within Company. Collect contractualdata and compiles reports in response toCorporate and Business Area requests.Desired Skills Experience in contract administration/management and negotiations, program management, or a related field. Generally has 3+ years of related contracts experienceand may have a post-secondary degree ortraining in a related discipline.
