A company is looking for a Litigation Compliance Attorney to join its legal and compliance department in a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and writing on legal and ethical compliance issues while drafting SOPs and form agreements Audit case handling and provide high-level oversight to ensure compliance and performance Evaluate conflicts of interest and assist in implementing internal compliance policies Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license to practice in a major US state 4+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in a prominent law firm 2+ years of experience in ethics compliance related to litigation Highly organized with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Experience in managing legal compliance and business interests across stakeholders
