Opportunity: RN - ED Job Details: - Work 12-hour night shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM - 13-week assignment with immediate start date available - 2 years of RN experience required plus at least 2 previous successful travel assignments - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ESI level 5 training - TNCC certification preferred - Cerner EMR experience preferred - Auto offers only - no interviews required - Navy scrub color requirement - Patient ratio of 1:4 in 29-bed unit plus 8 hallway beds - Weekend requirements must be met - One major and one minor holiday coverage may be required - 48-hour weekly guarantees are not available - Blocked scheduling will be attempted while meeting weekend requirements - Responsible for patient care delivery through nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation - Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical practices - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for effective patient care delivery and desired outcomes - Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education - Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel Facility: This healthcare facility operates a busy 29-bed emergency department with additional hallway capacity, providing comprehensive emergency care services to the community.
