Machine Helper

Responsibilities Support machine operators by preparing and positioning raw materials, such as paper or packaging components, for production runs. Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of Inserting or folding machines, and other industrial equipment to meet production specifications. Perform dimensional measurements and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards in production. Interpret production documents and work orders accurately to follow specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring safety standards in production are upheld at all times. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively. Understanding of quality standards in production and ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical documents.
