Sr Talent Manager

Job Description Solstice's Talent Management team covers performance, talent planning, culture, engagement, and learning.The initial primary focus for this role is to improve our talent management processes, tools, and rhythms to enhance connectedness, ease of use, and impact on performance, career development, and succession.
In this role, the Sr. Talent Manager will serve as a strategic thought partner and enterprise integrator, responsible for shaping the end-to-end talent ecosystem that enables Solstice's continued growth and innovation. This position will lead the evolution of our global talent management framework, ensuring that our processes, tools, and programs not only support business performance but also reinforce our culture, strengthen leadership capability, and drive exceptional employee experience. The Sr. Talent Manager will work across all levels of the organization—employees, leaders, executives, and HR teams—to build and sustain a holistic approach to talent that is forward-looking, data-driven, and tightly aligned with Solstice's business strategy.
As Solstice continues to evolve, the Sr. Talent Manager will also contribute to broader organizational initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, leadership development, and learning. Responsibilities Re-imagine and improve our talent management processes – including career development and succession, calibration, success profiles, and capability planning.Ensure rhythms, communications, and tools are connected and used consistently across the enterprise.
Strengthen our performance management processes – including goal setting, ongoing feedback, ratings, and calibration to ensure goal alignment and high performance.
Manage the full operational cadence, communications, and change management for all talent and performance management processes.
Establish and guide talent assessments, ensuring consistent evaluation of performance, potential, leadership skills and readiness across the organization.
Build capability of HRBPs and leaders to lead talent management processes through consistent guidance, tools, and education.
Use data and insights to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships (HRBPs, Communications, HR Operations, Compensation) to ensure talent programs are scalable and aligned.
Interface with the HR Operations and technology teams to improve the effectiveness and experience of our processes through technology.
Stay current on emerging practices and technology that can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of talent practices.
Develop talent management tools and templates that are easy to use and improve the effectiveness of implementation.
Contribute across culture, engagement, and learning initiatives as part of a fully integrated talent management team and be willing to shift focus areas as business needs evolve.
Qualifications Qualifications
10 plus years of experience in talent management, performance management, or organizational development.
Demonstrated experience building, improvement, and implementing global, enterprise-wide talent processes.
Strong expertise in performance management, including goal setting, feedback, ratings, and calibration processes.
Proven ability to design clear, scalable guidance, tools and templates that improve leader and employee experience.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
Experience partnering with HRBPs, HR Operations, HR Communications and business leaders to implement talent or performance processes.
Ability to design and deliver communications and change management plans that support adoption and consistency.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders.
Experience researching and applying external best practices, HR operations, and technology to re-imagine practices.
Ability to work across multiple talent areas (e.g. engagement, culture, learning, leadership development) as future areas of focus.

The annual base salary range for this position is$171,770-$214,712. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
