Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards
Handle POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling
Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste
Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas
Train staff on customer service excellence, food handling procedures, and operational protocols
Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet business objectives
Ensure quick service delivery in casual dining or fast-food settings while maintaining high standards in fine dining or banquet environments
Oversee shift management, resolving operational issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
Proven management experience within the food service industry, including supervising teams in casual or fine dining settings
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS or Poynt POS for transactions and reporting
Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory effectively
Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and development
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations
Background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
Culinary experience or kitchen management background is highly desirable
Previous experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and overseeing food production processes
