This is an in-person position located in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Wildwood Crest NJ, for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensure high-quality service, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and training team members, adhering to budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to enhance guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.QualificationsProven expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage managementStrong Customer Service skills and ability to foster a welcoming and professional guest experienceExperience in Training staff to improve performance, teamwork, and service standardsProficiency in Budgeting and cost-control measures to ensure financial efficiencySolid knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the food and beverage industryStrong leadership, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to multitask and perform effectively in high-pressure environmentsPrevious experience in a resort or hospitality environment is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
