Job Title: Logistic Sales Support/Carrier SalesLocation: Austin Texas (Onsite )Duration: Long TermResponsibilities:Identify new business opportunities and create target customers in freight forwarding and/or logistics related industriesPromote all company products and services to increase salesMeet and exceed sales goals and targetsResearch and identify new business opportunities to evaluate needs and provide insightEnsure execution of developed sales strategies, objectives, and goalsMaintain strong relationships with all clients through efficient communication, work processes and services, including responding to customers’ questions about products, prices, services and credit termsProvide excellent communication support for sales calls and manage follow-upMaintain and develop general industry knowledge, including competitors and their market presencePerform ad-hoc reporting, as required.Perform other job related duties as requiredRequirements/Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in internal sales experience such as telemarketingBachelor’s Degree or higher required in a business-related fieldProven track record in sales, prospecting, and developing accountsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to build trustworthy relationships with customersExcellent presentation and selling skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow up with clientsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
