HR Recruiting Specialist IIMaplewood, MN 55144Duration: 06+ MonthsPay rate: $30- $35/Hr.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong external talent networks across the U.S. and Canada to attract qualified candidates into Workday and develop pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner, working closely with hiring leaders to support recruitment across multiple business groups and corporate functions, including IT and Research & Development.Leverage recruiting tools and technologies such as applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and job boards to identify and engage top talent.Conduct proactive market research and develop innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen talent pipelines and improve recruiting outcomes.Share market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence with hiring managers and key business stakeholders to inform hiring strategies.Lead talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis efforts to support workforce planning and targeted recruiting initiatives.Support additional recruiting-related responsibilities and projects as needed.Qualifications & ExperienceFive (5) years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience including experience recruiting for IT roles.Experience and knowledge with technical acumen across various IT roles and technology (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, data and analytics, applications).Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system.Experience with recruiting data analytics and metrics.Presents ability to adapt to change in an ambiguous environment.Demonstrates stakeholder management and consultation abilities.Experience in recruiting for multiple functions and departments simultaneously.Strong project management and collaboration skills.Exhibits initiative and curiosity.Benefits:Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
