This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys variety in their daily tasks, and has a broad range of home repair and improvement skills. You’ll work independently or as part of a team to complete residential and commercial maintenance and repair jobs efficiently and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including (but not limited to):Carpentry (doors, trim, cabinetry, framing)Basic Plumbing (fixture replacement, leak repairs, minor installations) Basic Electrical (outlet/switch replacement, light fixture installation) Drywall repair and painting Tile installation and groutingGeneral handyman work Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs with minimal supervisionEnsure high-quality work and customer satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized work areaAccurately track time, materials used, and job progressCommunicate effectively with customers and office staffAdherent to safety guidelines and company proceduresQualifications:3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or general handyman servicesStrong proficiency in a variety of tradesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependableAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasksPreferred:Vocational or technical training in construction or related fieldsCertifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC a plusPrevious experience in a customer-facing roleBenefits:Competitive hourly wage of $30.00 to $34.00 per hour401k Retirement Plan with MatchPaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle Opportunities for advancement and continued trainingJoin our team and help homeowners keep their properties safe, functional, and looking great!Compensation: $30.00 - $34.00 per hourThe 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service.
