We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for enterprise x86 hardware platforms. This role is responsible for driving hardware products from development through manufacturing, production readiness, and successful product launch while partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, and global manufacturing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for x86 hardware platforms.Drive cross-functional execution across Electrical, Mechanical, Hardware, Software, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Compliance, and Product Management teams.Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Coordinate hardware development, prototyping, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp activities.Partner with global contract manufacturers to support Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT) initiatives.Ensure successful hardware validation, product characterization, manufacturing testing, and release readiness.Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), BOM changes, component traceability, and product lifecycle activities.Collaborate with supply chain and sourcing teams on material planning, supplier readiness, multi-sourcing strategies, and cost optimization.Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional communication throughout the product lifecycle.Lead post-launch improvement initiatives and continuous process enhancements.Required Qualifications8+ years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience in a hardware product development or manufacturing environment.Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for x86 hardware platforms.Strong understanding of hardware product development and manufacturing processes.Experience with PCB/PCBA development and manufacturing.Hands-on knowledge of Hardware Validation, Product Characterization, DFM, DFA, and DFT methodologies.Experience working with global contract manufacturers and supplier ecosystems.Strong project planning, schedule management, and risk management skills.Experience managing cross-functional engineering and operations teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple complex programs in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools such as Arena.Familiarity with Jira, CAD, Valor, or similar engineering and program management tools.Experience with supplier management, cost reduction initiatives, and manufacturing operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and operational excellence.Regards,Gaganpreet SinghLead - Talent Acquisitionwww.dynpro.com
