Maintenance Assistant

Duties include: Working for a cannabis grower/processorPerform routine preventive maintenance on all equipmentMaintain/repair mechanical and electrical equipmentReplace and repair electrical fixtures and circuitsPerform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers and drain linesAbility to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipmentCleans and stores tools and equipmentMust be able to use tools of the trade, as well as common office machines, including copiersMaintains records and logs as needed to document work performedOther related duties as assignedQualifications:6 months of maintenance experience requiredAbility to lift 50 pounds with or without assistanceAbility to climb on laddersThe work schedule is generally M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm.
