Join our team and contribute to shaping the future of cloud-driven advancements.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Data Center Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Cisco-based data center environments, network troubleshooting, and infrastructure operations.Key Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot compute, storage, and network hardware across enterprise data center environments• Configure and support Cisco routing and switching platforms including IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, and NX-OS• Hands-on support and troubleshooting of Cisco Nexus environments• Support and maintain DC architectures including DC-DR and Active-Active Data Centers• Work with ACI Multipod and Multisite environments• Design, configure, and troubleshoot data center networks• Handle escalations, incident management, and customer/vendor communication• Coordinate with Co-Lo providers, remote hands teams, and 3rd-party vendors• Support hardware/software upgrades and critical infrastructure issues• Manage multiple high-priority tickets in fast-paced operational environments• Troubleshoot TCP/IP networking, cabling, and optical connectivity issuesRequired Skills:• Strong Cisco Data Center networking experience• Expertise with Nexus switches and NX-OS• Experience with ACI architecture• Knowledge of routing, switching, and enterprise networking concepts• Familiarity with optics, cabling, and physical data center operations• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills• Ability to work under pressure in production environmentsTravel:• Travel may be required based on data center support activities and upgrade schedules.If interested, please share your updated resume to support@24liveit.com
