This position owns all non-classroom functions that enable students and Guides to excel.In this capacity, you serve as the operational foundation of the campus. You handle communication with parents and staff, manage safety and security protocols, maintain smooth facilities and logistics operations, and ensure technology functions reliably for all users. You respond when systems fail, identify potential problems before they grow, and introduce steady structure to fast-moving environments.This is not a traditional coordinator position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who excels under responsibility, enjoys diverse tasks, and delivers results.
