This role combines professional driving, equipment operation, and strong customer service to support efficient waste management operations. Our Smash Trucks are equipped with a 3-ton rolling drum mounted on a hydraulic boom designed to compact waste in open-top dumpsters directly at customer facilities. Drivers will also operate roll-off trucks hauling dumpsters up to 61-yard containers. This position may require reporting to our West Palm Beach and Miami yards, with most daily dispatches operating out of our Pompano location. Flexibility is essential, as routes, schedules, dispatch locations, and daily responsibilities may vary based on operational needs.The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, customer-service oriented, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
