Academic Advisor (part-time/temporary)

General Summary of Position:
General academic advising for students on program and general education requirements; registration matters; departmental, college, and university policies and procedures; academic success strategies; financial literacy; graduation requirements; and career options.
Manage, advise, and provide outreach to students with academic alerts, on academic warning, students readmitting to the university, and others that may require added support and contact throughout the semester.
Collaborate on student retention initiatives, conduct re-enrollment outreach, and deliver academic success skills presentations and workshops.
Collaborate with the Solution Center, Career Services, Registrar's Offices, Admissions, and other campus offices to resolve barriers to success and ensure students receive timely information, support, and guidance.
Routinely maintain and update undergraduate student records online via Salesforce CRM.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor's Degree with experience in higher education or similar field.
Working knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS) and Salesforce CRM preferred.
Working knowledge of academic support and student success practices.
