This is a single point of accountability role — not a coordination function. You own the outcome. Prior A experience in SAP or related enterprise programs is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, own and execute the master cutover plan — playbooks, sequencing, rollback procedures, and go/no-go governanceLead dry runs, close gaps, and drive the plan to convergence before productionCoordinate regional leads across AMR, APAC, EMEA on readiness, data migration, and validationRun a tight daily issue log — every item has an owner, due date, and is tracked to closurePartner with technical leads on system freeze, ETL activities, and post-load data validationDeliver status reports, run live war rooms, and maintain zero-gap communication with xFunctional Cutover LeadManage cutover decision log — every deviation, exception, and approval is documented and auditableAlign business SMEs and IT leads on pre-cutover readiness criteria and sign-off checkpointsFacilitate post-dry-run retrospectives and translate findings into plan improvements immediatelyMaintain risk visibility through structured weekly updates — risks, decisions, trajectoryStay engaged through hypercare and hand off cleanly to operational supportContribute immediately from Day 1 — no long ramp expectedRequired Qualifications10+ years managing large-scale ERP / SAP cutovers with direct bottom-line ownershipDeep SAP expertise — S/4HANA, ECC, or related modules through UAT-to-productionUnderstanding of Jira project management tool is a plusProven multi-region go-live coordination across distributed teams and time zonesClear, confident communicator — written and verbalPreferred Qualificationsexperience in SAP or SLM-related programs (Strongly Preferred)Familiarity with program governance, toolsMulti-region simultaneous go-live experience with parallel cutover strategiesSelf-directed contractor with a track record of fast integration and independent delivery
