Restoration Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in overseeing restoration and cleaning projects in Illinois (Chicago, Orland Park, Des Plaines), Wisconsin, and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet cleaning, mold remediation, and the restoration industry.
Responsibilities
● Maintains quality control by ensuring the allocated budget.
● Performs daily monitoring of residential/ commercial jobs.
● Ensures record management of manpower and resources allocated to projects.
● Inspects and scopes jobs and ensures effective communication with Crew Chief/Lead Tech.
● Calculates the mitigation and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate.
● Performs quality assurance inspections
● Prepares documentation and deals with Insurance companies.
● Trains / develops/hires new technicians and other key operational team members.
Requirements
● Knowledge of Xactimate Software
● Water Damage Restoration Technician
● Knowledge of insurance restoration/construction industry
● Valid Drivers' license
● Working on-call schedule is required
● Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
