Assistant Cake Decorator

We are looking for an experienced and conscientious employee to work as an Assistant Cake Decorator at Simply Fresh Market. Job tasks include but are not limited to: • Finishing/frosting baked goods & desserts (cakes, cupcakes, etc) • Packaging & labeling food • Stocking display shelves and product facing • Following provided recipes to prepare menu items and using related equipment (ovens, mixers, etc) • Stocking ingredient supply • Cleaning workspace and equipment We’re looking for someone who has bakery experience, specifically in cake decorating. We need someone who follows recipes meticulously and accurately. We work with high-quality organic ingredients that cannot risk being wasted. Unlike other cake decorating jobs, we do not use artificial ingredients or dyes in our food. In addition, we have gluten-free and vegan specialty desserts that need the understanding of differences in consistency and stability. Consistent availability is most important to this position. Employee must be reliable and punctual.
