What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our legal team, you will:Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients with empathy, professionalism, and responsivenessManage family law matters from intake through resolutionMaintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring using ClioDraft pleadings, discovery, legal correspondence, and simple motions under attorney supervisionSupport attorneys with mediation preparation and trial readinessCoordinate filings and ensure compliance with Washington State court proceduresMeet billing expectations while producing accurate, high-quality workHelp create a calm, organized experience for clients navigating difficult transitionsWhat You Bring to the Team We're looking for someone who is both technically strong and people-focused.Required Qualifications 5+ years of family law paralegal experienceExperience with Washington State motion practiceKnowledge of King, Snohomish, and Pierce County court rulesPrior experience working in a billable-hour environmentStrong proficiency with:ClioMicrosoft 365OutlookAdobe AcrobatDropboxApple-based systemsPreferred Strengths Outstanding communication and client service skillsHigh emotional intelligence and professionalismExceptional attention to detail and organizationAbility to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environmentCollaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving????
