Full-Time Clinical Therapist

Job description:We seek applicants for our FULL-TIME CLINICAL therapists positions at GAYLE PSYCHOLOGY in Dallas, TX. This position is open to licensed psychologists, advanced doctoral interns (fourth year or later in program), doctoral interns from school, clinical, and/or counseling psychology programs, and postdoctoral residents. We are also hiring licensed LPCs (Licensed Professional Counselors), LPC-A (Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate), and LPAs (Licensed Psychological Associates).This role involves providing PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL TESTING AND THERAPY to clients ACROSS THE LIFESPAN under the supervision of the practice owner, Dr. Crystal Gayle. Testing is not required for LPCs or LPC-A's. Gayle Psychology commits to promoting quality mental health care by creating rapport in safe, warm, and empowering environments. All positions are hybrid in nature and can be fully remote if the applicant is fully licensed and qualified. We work with clientele with various mental health needs, including OCD, depression, anxiety and mood disorders, specific phobias, trauma, ADHD, and more. This means there will be many opportunities for you to advance your clinical knowledge, prioritizing individual development and a positive team dynamic.Licensed therapists and psychologists, as well as post-doctoral residents can have the opportunity to supervise, if interested.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL EVALUATIONS: Testing is not required for Licensed Psychologists who are not interested in testing, LPCs, or LPC-A'sConduct assessments for clients of all ages, starting at 6 years oldGain experience evaluating ADHD, learning disorders, autism, etc.Create meaningful, well-integrated reports that guide treatment and intervention.PSYCHOTHERAPYWork with children as young as six, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.Use evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.Help clients through the lifespan with life transitions and relational challenges.Help clients with diversity issues and trauma.HOW TO APPLYSubmit your CV, a letter of intent, two assessment report samples (if applicable), and 3 reference letters (2 must be Clinical Supervisors) to crystal@gaylepsychologypllc.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75214
