Administrative AssistantPremier Youth Volleyball Club – South FloridaFull-Time | In-Office (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)About the ClubWe are one of South Florida’s fastest-growing youth volleyball organizations, serving athletes ages 8–18 across developmental, regional, and national programs.Our environment is fast-paced and detail-driven, where strong organization and communication are essential to delivering a high-quality experience for players and families.We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the club and help maintain structure across all systems.Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the club’s day-to-day administrative functions, including communication, scheduling support, billing, and general office operations.This is a full-time, in-office role (9–5) that requires someone who is:Organized and detail-orientedResponsive and professionalComfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the dayYou will work closely with leadership and coaching staff to ensure that operations run smoothly and communication stays clear and consistent.Key Responsibilities1. Front Office & CommunicationAnswer and manage phone calls, emails, and daily inquiriesServe as a point of contact for parents, players, and new prospectsProvide accurate information regarding programs, schedules, and registrationEnsure timely and professional communication at all times2. Billing & Administrative SupportManage billing, invoices, and payment trackingAssist families with account questions and payment-related concernsMaintain organized financial records and administrative documentationSupport backend systems such as registration platforms and spreadsheets3. Scheduling & Program SupportAssist with practice schedules, court assignments, and calendar updatesSupport coordination of clinics, camps, and club programmingHelp ensure all schedules are accurate, updated, and clearly communicatedAssist with tryout organization and general program logistics4. Office Operations & OrganizationMaintain organized systems for:Player rostersSchedulesCommunication recordsAdministrative filesSupport daily office operations and ensure a structured environmentAssist with preparation for meetings, events, and internal needs5. Staff & Leadership SupportProvide administrative support to club leadership and coaching staffAssist with coordinating internal communication and documentationHelp ensure coaches and leadership have what they need to operate efficiently6.
