What we are looking for We are seeking aSenior Analyst Life Sciences Analyticsto join our team. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to leadership decision-making and an opportunity to support critical business priorities such as product launch support, forecast planning, and executive-level decision support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, experience working with complex healthcare data such as claims, EHR, Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution and Lab Data and the ability to generate actionable insights that inform business strategy. What you will do Leverage Technology & Best Practices:Use emerging technology and analytics best practices to solve business challenges in healthcare and pharma. Data Structuring & Analysis:Structure and analyze complex healthcare data to generate actionable insights that support commercial strategy, business performance tracking, and leadership decision-making. Advanced Analytics Tools:Utilize SQL and Python to work with data warehouse sources such as claims and SD data for advanced analytics and business problem-solving. Process Optimization:Streamline recurring tasks by building scalable and efficient analytical processes that improve reporting, monitoring, and insight generation Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver customized, high-impact solutions and support strategic priorities across commercial analytics and planning. Mentorship & Innovation:Support team development and contribute innovative ideas and solutions Internal Growth Initiatives:Contribute to new internal offerings and capabilities that expand ProcDNAs work in life sciences analytics and strategic decision support. Must Have 23 years of relevant experiencein healthcare / pharma consulting, including at least 1 year of experience in the U.S. market. Strong experience working with healthcare datasets such asclaims, specialty pharmacy / specialty distributor data, and EHR data. StrongSQLskills and working knowledge ofPythonfor advanced analytics and working with DWH extracts. Experience inclaims-based analyticsacross patient, provider, and payer-level analyses. Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineeringwith a strong academic track record. Ability tomanage multiple projects and stakeholderswhile maintaining ahigh standard of quality . Excellentverbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsto effectively present insights to both internal and client teams. Demonstrated ability towork independentlywith minimal supervision in acreative, analytical, and problem-solving environment .
