This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential creators into active partners within our ecosystem.You will play a critical role in expanding our creator network by driving acquisition, onboarding, and long-term engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Acquisition & OutreachIdentify and engage potential creators across all platformsConduct daily outreach through our communication channelsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creatorsCreator Onboarding & ConversionGuide creators through the onboarding process (including platform setup, Discord onboarding, and system binding)Host 1:1 meetings and group sessions with interested creatorsConvert interested leads into successfully onboarded and bound creatorsRelationship ManagementMaintain consistent communication with potential creatorsBuild trust and long-term relationships within the creator communityProvide timely support, answer questions, and follow up on onboarding progressOffline Recruitment & PartnershipsParticipate in and support offline events for creator recruitmentBuild partnerships with local organizations, communities, and institutionsExpand creator sourcing channels beyond online acquisitionData Tracking & Performance ManagementTrack creator pipeline and conversion performance using Excel / Google Sheets / database systemsMaintain accurate records of outreach, onboarding status, and conversion metricsOptimize recruitment strategies based on data insightsRequirementsCore SkillsExceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligenceAbility to build relationships quickly and effectivelySelf-driven with strong ownership and accountabilityDetail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and resultsComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentTechnical & Platform SkillsProficient in Excel / Google Sheets / data tracking tools/ email marketing tools
