Sales Associate | Immediate Hire

Here at Maui Divers Jewelry, you're not only an employee you are a part of our 'ohana.The Maui Diver's Associate is the face of the brand to our customer and is responsible for educating and delivering highly satisfying brand experiences to our customer.*DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:*· Drives total store results by consistently achieving sales per hour goals.· Communicate courteously and clearly with customers.· Clientele existing customers to build return sales and increase loyalty.· Oyster set up - unpack oysters, oyster handling, and clip oysters. (Combination locations only).· Knowledge of add-on sale with Pick-a-Pearl - drill, set, and glue pearls to mountings.· Maintains awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable ringing procedures.· Open/Close function: handle cash, handle jewelry, clean floors, showcases, and counters.· Conduct daily high-ticket inventory and store high-ticket items it safe.· Assist with price changes and pull backs.· Maintains visual standards throughout store and assists in cleaning/housekeeping.· Maintains a safe working environment and communicates all maintenance issues with management.· Provide feedback on opportunities for improvement or any issues that affect store performance.*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:*· 2 years prior sales experience a plus preferably in a commission based environment.· Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite experience.
