If you take pride in running a clean jobsite, holding subcontractors accountable, and delivering quality work on schedule, this is a great fit.What You'll DoLead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeoutManage subcontractors, scheduling, and site logisticsMaintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the PMEnforce safety standards and run weekly safety meetingsEnsure work aligns with drawings, specs, and quality expectationsLead subcontractor coordination meetingsManage punch lists and project closeoutWhat We're Looking For3+ years in commercial constructionExperience managing multiple trades and fast-paced schedulesStrong knowledge of construction sequencing and field coordinationAbility to read plans, specs, and shop drawingsProcore experience preferredOSHA 30 (or willing to obtain)Why ICBStrong team culture built on Listen.
