This role assists guests with their luggage, supports deliveries throughout the hotel, and ensures guest belongings are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.What You Will DoAssist guests with their luggage during both arrival and departure, delivering bags to guest rooms and picking them up upon checkout.Provide in-room orientation for guests when the Guest Relations team is unavailable.Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries, pick-ups, and storage.Deliver and retrieve guest items, hotel packages, and parcels as needed.Greet all guests passing through the lobby and offer assistance proactively.Perform errands for guests or the hotel, including those requiring short local travel.Handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth, resolving concerns and assisting with inquiries related to hotel services, directions, in-house events, and more.Uphold Four Seasons' EmPact Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Collaborate harmoniously with co-workers, supervisors, and related departments.Support non-essential duties such as maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage areas, assisting Concierge and Front Desk teams, and supporting Door, Guest Relations, and Valet during busy periods or staffing needs.What You BringHigh School Diploma required.Guest services experience preferred, but not required.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Strong customer service mindset and the ability to interact with guests professionally.Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.No prior supervisory experience required.What We OfferCompetitive salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent training and development opportunitiesEmployee discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwideComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniformsComplimentary employee mealsSchedule & HoursInsert work type (Full-Time / Part-Time)Eight-hour shifts; schedule may vary depending on business needsMay include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidaysVisa Requirements Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.
