Management retains the discretion of adding or changing the duties of the position at any time.SUMMARY Responsible for determining root cause and solving electrical wiring problems.JOB DESCRIPTION Position performs low voltage components installations, and assembles parts according to specialwritten work instructions, routings, blueprints and verbal directivesPosition performs low and high voltage wiring harness installationsCleans, assembles, disassembles and replaces parts as requiredKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsLow voltage / High voltage experienceOperate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipmentRecords time on labor sheets for each process of assemblyGood organizational and time management skillsSkilled in reading comprehension, writing, and basic math knowledgeSkilled in the operation of basic hand tools, shop tools' electric pneumatic equipmentCompetency in the use of measuring devices to stay within required tolerancesAbility to learn processes quickly, adapt to process changes and implement those changesKnowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machineryMust be able to drill, grind, sand, disassemble, reassemble and perform general repairsUse of power tools such as tools where applicableAdapts to change in the work environmentProper use of PPE and observes safety and security proceduresOther duties as assignedSkills/Knowledge Required:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.), or equivalent from two-year College, or technical school, or One to three year's related electrical related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic Mechanical, Construction/General Repairs and knowledge components and mechanical systems.WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
