OverviewOur staffing firm has partnered with a growing, multi‑state law firm to recruit an Associate Attorney for its Colorado foreclosure, default, and real estate litigation practice. The position is heavily litigation‑focused, high‑volume, and hands‑on, requiring an attorney who is comfortable managing matters independently from start to finish. The firm offers a flexible, hybrid work environment without traditional billable‑hour requirements.This role is ideal for an attorney who values autonomy, courtroom experience, and long‑term stability over prestige or a highly staffed model.ResponsibilitiesHandle contested foreclosure, default, and related real estate litigation matters end‑to‑endManage approximately 25–30 active litigation files at varying stagesAppear in court throughout Colorado for hearings and contested mattersDraft pleadings, motions, affidavits, responses, and correspondencePrepare and file exhibits, court filings, and hearing materials independentlyCommunicate directly with courts, opposing counsel, pro se borrowers, and clientsTrack deadlines, statutory requirements, and compliance obligationsConduct foreclosure reviews and final litigation‑related quality checksPerform both substantive legal work and necessary administrative “grunt work” without dedicated litigation staff supportRequirementsActive Colorado Bar license (required)2–4 years of litigation experience minimumWillingness and ability to attend in‑person hearings statewideStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable operating with minimal support and handling filings independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a fast‑paced, high‑volume docketForeclosure or default experience is preferred but not requiredIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is flexible, self‑sufficient, and realistic about the nature of high‑volume litigation work.
