The successful candidate will work alongside a seasoned merchandiser, a new Director of Golf and a supportive General Manager / PGA Master Professional who manages a strong club leadership team to create a cohesive, high-level retail experience that reflects the high standards and family culture of one of Dallas' most respected private clubs.As Bent Tree prepares for the reopening of its new Beau Welling Design golf course in late October 2026, this position will play an important role in shaping the future of retail at the Club.Position SummaryThe Director of Retail will provide leadership for all retail buying, merchandising, inventory management, vendor relations, sales performance, and presentation standards across the Club's retail operations.
