Salary Range: $65,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
About the Role:
AnthroMed Education is hiring a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an exceptional elementary school team in Philadelphia for the 2026 school year. This full-time, school-based position provides the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of educators and clinicians, with consistent support from both the school and the AnthroMed community. What You'll Be Doing:
Provide speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
Address speech/language delays, articulation and fluency disorders, cognitive delays, and Autism
Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
Caseload Details:
Full-time caseload of ~13 students per day (65 students total)
Adjustments made for more intensive student needs to reduce workload
Blended caseload with standard speech/language impairments and students with more severe delays (e.g., Autism, AAC users)
Support available from Assistant Principal of Specialized Services and Case Manager
Potential to case manage speech-only classes
Access to laptop, badge, EasyIEP, and PowerSchool
Qualifications:
PA State SLP License
PA Department of Education (PDE) Education Specialist Certificate
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience with EasyIEP preferred, but not required
