We are committed to providing superior service and leaving things better than we found them.Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced professionals for our concrete crew teams for heavy civil and transportation construction. Positions include Form Work Carpenters and Concrete Finishers. Crew members will work together supporting structural and roadway concrete activities on GDOT projects. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Form Work CarpentersConstruct and install concrete forms for structural and roadway workRead construction drawings and layout formworkInstall anchors, embeds, and reinforcing components as requiredStrip forms and prepare for reuseMaintain safe and organized work areasTying rebarConcrete FinishersPlace, level, and finish concrete surfacesOperate finishing tools including screeds, floats, and trowelsEnsure proper curing and surface finish standardsWork closely with the foreman and carpenters during placement operationsTying rebarRequirements And EducationMinimum of 3 years' experience with concrete form carpentry, concrete finishing, or construction labor.Ability to work in a team environmentAbility to follow safety procedures and jobsite instructionsReliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sitesPreferred Requirements And EducationExperience in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete construction Experience working on DOT or infrastructure projectsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunity to work on large infrastructure projectsLong-term project opportunities in the Atlanta marketPotential transition to additional AIS Infrastructure projects as work progressesEEO StatementAIS Infrastructure Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
